We ship discreetly in plain packaging. Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@thesugarcoatedcloset.com. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund. We offer a 6- month Furthermore, if product breaks down within 6 months of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, send us your proof of purchase and we will send a replacement

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products for hygiene reasons.
