Shipping
We ship discreetly in plain packaging. Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@thesugarcoatedcloset.com. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products for hygiene reasons.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. Customers may cancel their order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order status is changed to ‘Shipped’ on your account. Once your order has shipped, we will not cancel orders, however you can return unopened orders as long as the packaging has not been tampered with; and we will issue a full refund. To cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our customer service team at contact email/phone as soon as possible and provide your order number.
